1 Cup (8oz) – Velveeta® Cheese cubed
1 Cup (8oz) – Sharp Cheddar Cheese (block)
1 Jar (16oz) – La Salita Green Chile Sauce Serves 6-8 people
Directions:
Shred the sharp cheddar cheese block using a hand grater. Add the cubed Velveeta® Cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and 1 jar of La Salita Green Chile Sauce to a large microwave safe bowl. Heat for 2 minutes, then stir well. Heat for 1.5 minutes and stir again until completely blended. (Caution, it will be hot!). Enjoy your La Salita Chile-Con-Queso with your favorite tortilla chips.
1/2lbs (8oz) – Ground Beef
1 8oz Can – Whole Pinto Beans
1 Jar (16oz) – La Salita Red Chile Sauce
Water (optional for desired thickness) Serves 1-2 people
Directions:
Brown ground beef in medium sized pot and season to taste. Add cooked pinto beans, La Salita Red Chile Sauce, desired amount of water, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for about 2 minutes…and enjoy!
