La Salita’s foods are made from scratch, always with a family member participating in the daily production. What we don’t produce ourselves we do our best to obtain from other local family businesses. Our specialty burritos, are slow roasted overnight for 12-14 hours: Shredded Beef, Carne Adovada, B.O.G.
