La Salita’s Green Chile Sauce

  • Try your favorite burrito or enchiladas smothered with La Salita Green Chile Sauce, then topped with cheese and melted to perfection… you will love it!
  • Scramble with your morning eggs
  • Make your Huevos Rancheros even more delicious
  • Mix in with ground beef to make the perfect hamburger patty!

La Salita’s Chile-Con-Queso

  • 1 Cup (8oz) – Velveeta® Cheese cubed
  • 1 Cup (8oz) – Sharp Cheddar Cheese (block)
  • 1 Jar (16oz) – La Salita Green Chile Sauce
  • Serves 6-8 people

Directions:
Shred the sharp cheddar cheese block using a hand grater. Add the cubed Velveeta® Cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and 1 jar of La Salita Green Chile Sauce to a large microwave safe bowl. Heat for 2 minutes, then stir well. Heat for 1.5 minutes and stir again until completely blended. (Caution, it will be hot!). Enjoy your La Salita Chile-Con-Queso with your favorite tortilla chips.


La Salita’s Red Chile Sauce

  • Try your favorite burrito or enchiladas smothered with La Salita Red Chile Sauce, then topped with cheese and melted to perfection… you will love it!
  • Make your Huevos Rancheros even more delicious

La Salita’s Bowl of Red Chile Stew

  • ½ lbs (8oz) – Ground Beef
  • 1 8oz Can – Whole Pinto Beans
  • 1 Jar (16oz) – La Salita Red Chile Sauce
  • Water (optional for desired thickness)
  • Serves 1-2 people

Directions:
Brown ground beef in medium sized pot and season to taste. Add cooked pinto beans, La Salita Red Chile Sauce, desired amount of water, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for about 2 minutes… and enjoy!

Great as a hearty bowl of chili or as a topping on your baked potato, hot dogs, open-faced burgers, or Frito Pies!
